Inhalation of diesel fumes - Ensure fuel is dispensed in the open air to avoid the build up of fumes.
Fire – Eliminate fire risk by keeping ignition sources out of the refuelling area
Necessity of specific firefighting measures to consider fuel/power source
Spillage - Ensure suitable spill kit is available in the refuelling area, to restrict the release and prevent spread of the product into the environment
Spillage - Use pouring spouts where required and only dispense fuel into approved fuel containers

Water Bowsers
Noise - Diesel Pressure Washers can produce noise levels in excess of 70dB(A). Always ensure the operator and people working nearby use hearing protection
Water at high pressure is dangerous and can cause serious injury, this machine is to be used with great caution
Public interface – protect other people from noise and water spray by using in designated wash bay or by erecting surrounding barriers.
Limitations

Diesel loads in excess of 1000 litres that are to be transported by road are subject to ADR ruling
