This contract covers monitoring at the eight primary shaft sites, as well as all assets and structures intersected by the tunnel boring machine (TBM) across two drive routes along the River Thames in central London.

Phase 1 of the project commenced in 2016 with the development of three shaft sites at Kirtling Street, Victoria Embankment, and Blackfriars Embankment. The remaining sites began to be established in 2017, with tunnelling operations starting in 2018 and concluding at the end of 2020. Select’s involvement in the project concluded in December 2024.
