Safety first
The health and safety of our staff, customers and suppliers has always been the priority for Select. Our dedicated Safety Team is committed to improving our safety performance, and to minimising incidents wherever we’re working.

To maintain our excellent safety record, thorough and frequent training is essential, with regular audits to ensure all our staff and managers follow the correct procedures. And as a constant reminder, we’ve developed a series of ‘Golden Rules’, prominently displayed in all our locations. All our staff undergo regular health screening, and programmes such as ‘Incident and Injury Free’ help nurture an ongoing commitment to our health and safety standards.

We also encourage our suppliers and sub-contractors to join our training programmes. Through this we drive a consistent approach to health and safety for all our customers.
