Installing and dismantling
Installing and dismantling modular site accommodation requires specialist skills and equipment. All our technicians are CSCS qualified in these specific operations, and will take care of everything from delivering the units to completing the final fit, both internally and externally.
Throughout we use the tools and practices required by current legislation, including the latest working at height safety regulations.
Before beginning work, we carry out a detailed site visit to understand any particular issues or requirements. Our proposal to you then includes a full method statement, outlining every stage of the installation.
An experienced manager supervises all our work onsite, to make sure your accommodation is set up to your specification. And at the end of your project, the same thorough approach ensures that dismantling is done safely and efficiently.
If your site presents unusual challenges, we’re experienced at dealing with them. Recent examples include ‘skating’ accommodation units into position under railway arches, and placing three-storey units on a 7.5 metre-high gantry above a busy road.
