Batching & paving

Our batching and paving service manages contracts nationally from our Grimsby depot. Not only do we supply a broad range of equipment, we also provide full support and maintenance. Our skilled technicians can work with you on site, and carry a range of spares to ensure any repairs are done quickly. We are also ready to respond to any specific batching and paving requirements, offering expert advice and dealing promptly with any issues you may have.

Our range of equipment includes:

• batching plants capable of producing concrete at 110 cubic metres per hour
• all equipment needed to operate batching plants, such as generators, fuel tanks and loading shovels
• paving machines designed for all environments – from single carriageway roads to vast airfields
• texture/curing machines capable of installing a non-skid texture up to 10.3 metres wide
• truck-mounted mixers, producing air-entrained and foam concrete for trench backfill at 50 cubic metres per hour
• portable, self-loading and unloading cement silos
• Soffcut saws for early entry concrete sawing
  air-driven drills, which eliminate vibration
• grinders for removing, grooving, levelling or texturing small areas of concrete
